Review: Closed Casket: Continuation novels, if that is the correct term, seem to be all the rage at the moment. Sebastian Faulks, Jeffrey Deaver and William Boyd have all had a go at James Bond; Anthony Horowitz did a pretty good pastiche of Sherlock Holmes; and now Sophie Hannah is back with a second run at Agatha Christie. All nice little earners, no doubt, both for the literary estates concerned and for the writers commissioned to imitate their masters.
